Hannatu is a legal practitioner with demonstrated experience who worked in a private law firm skilled in litigation , commercial/corporate legal practice and legal drafting.

She is presently undergoing a masters program in private and commercial law, LL.M at Bayero University Kano, Nigeria, she holds an LL.B (Hons.) from same institution. She also obtained a B.L from the Nigerian Law school and was called to the Nigerian bar in the year 2016.

She started her practice of law at A.A. Umar & co. Kano, under the mentorship of the learned silk Aliyu Umar SAN (late) where she participated in various legal tussle in the field of litigation, corporate and commercial law practice, legal drafting and host of other legal issues.
